Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

My boyfriend was arrested for 3 felonies 2 poss. And 1 count prohibited weapon i bailed him out he was put on bond prob. They picked him up at his prob. And charged him with another poss with intent he goes to court next month will he get prob. Or time he has no prior felonies what should i expect

If he does not have an attorney, it is not likely that he will have a probation offer. Even with an attorney, it will be an uphill road. There is no way to speculate the outcome of any case without specific information as to the facts of the case.
