Criminal Apeal Attorney

Could you direct me to a good apeal attorney ,that does criminal appeals do to ineffective assisstance. I took a plea bargain do to ineffective assistance.

Directing you to an excellent appellate attorney isn't a problem. However, if you plead guilty you are not going to be able to appeal you case because you waived your right to appeal.

When you signed plea papers you signed many documents and amongst them I am willing to bet that you waived your appellate right by accepting the plea agreement.

Counsel cannot be ineffective unless there is a trial and there is evidence that shows that but for his representation there would have possibly been a different verdict.

You should go to the clerk of the court and ask to review your file. Read very carefully every document you signed. If you signed a waiver of appeal you don't have a leg to stand on. That's just the way the cookie crumbles you can't put humpty dupty back together again.
