Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
criminal charge
i am facing a indecent exposure charge in which i was home @ 9pm with my 3rd fl apt bedroom window open preparing for bed, therefore wearing only boxers and a woman in a business across the street claimed she saw indecent acts, and therefore i was arrested. This occured in july of this year is there any way i can file chargers against her for looking in my window ? and if so how ?

Re: criminal charge
I do not see a criminal charge against her based on your facts. However, you should hire an attorney to represent you on the indecent exposure case.
