Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

criminal charges

i was issued a protective order on 12/20/08. since then my wife has moved in another man. all utilities were in my name, she was going to make the payments and had me make her an authorized user for web and phone accts so that she could pay the bills, but she just contacted the companies and got extentions and ran up the bills until they were about to terminate service, then switched to other companies. can she be charged with theft of service here in texas? i was not allowed within 200 feet of house, and she deliberately did not pay any of the utilities.

Re: criminal charges

Am not sure you can make criminal charges stick, however, your attorney can go back to court to get you reimbursed for the bills and damages to your credit standing.
