There is no common punishment, it would depend entirely on the facts of the situation, the strength of the state's case, your lawyer, the ADA, the judge, and the history of the defendant.
The range of punishment for a Class B misdemeanor is a fine not exceeding $2000.00, and/or jail up to 180 days. The range of punishment for a Class A misdemeanor is a fine not exceeding $4000.00 and or jail up to 1 year. Probation is an option, deferred may be an option.
