Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

friend of mine was with 2 people and got pulled over and the found a gun and a meth pipe and only her and 1 of the pthers got arrested. how come they didnt arrest the other guy?

Don't know. It may be they just arrested the driver of the vehicle who could be charged with what was found in the car. They also probably charged anyone who is a convicted felon for the gun. Or they charged the person who was closest to where the gun and pipe were found.
