Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

When I was 14 I was arrested for aggravated assault, the case was dismissed, I am 20 years old and recently graduated as a medical assistant,i am having trouble getting a job because it is still coming up on my backgroud check, I want to know if there is anything I can do?

I am very surprised that this case is surfacing, since you were a juvenile. Talk to a lawyer about getting your records sealed and expunged.
