Re: criminal law

Resisting arrest is a class A misdemeanor so facing up to a year in jail and a $4,000. Evading on foot with no injury to officer is a Class b misdemeanor so facing up to 6 months in jail and $2,000 fine. What you get will depend on your criminal record, the facts of the case, and what the prosecutor thinks should happen.
