can a conviction for a controlled substance 20 years past be exspounged ?

No final conviction can be expunged off of anyone's record in Texas. However, if you received Deferred Adjudication (a form of Probation) it might be that we can file a Petition for Non-Disclosure (sealed), but there are some 23 Texas Agencies that can still find the case even if we get it sealed.
