What should my friend do to get a probation. She was accused of possesion of a controled substance in the state of TX. This is her first offence and she is a mother of two.

If this is her first offense, and there was not a whole lot of the controlled substance, you should be able to get probation without too much trouble. Make sure you consult with a reputable attorney and they should be able to help you out.
