Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Criminal Law....Assault bodily Injury To FM
If you have been arrested for assault
bodily injury to a family
member...can they charge you with
a felony if you have a prior assault
case with the same complaint but at
the first assault you were just
friends. Also can a DA go back to a
previous case that has been
dispossed of and charge the
imformation page to state something
other then it did at the time of
crime.
