Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
criminal non-disclosure petition form
I need to file a petition for non-disclosure of a misdemeanor class B that I received and finished deferred ajudication. I am having trouble finding the form that I need and the attorneys I have contacted say it is not a difficult thing to do. Can you advise me on where I might be able to locate the forms I need to file in the state of Texas?

Re: criminal non-disclosure petition form
A common misunderstanding is that there is a set of forms that solves all legal problems. It does not exist. You need to pay one of those nice lawyers who know that it is not difficult because they have the training and expertise to know how to draft, present, and execute the process.
