Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
criminal record
I have some criminal charges that I was was charged with but never convicted for. This was at least 10 years ago and the charges were misdemenors. How do I get these off my record?

Re: criminal record
File an Expunction Motion or a Motion to Seal Record. Under State Law you may be eligible to have your record expunged or sealed. You will need to find a local attorney to file the paperwork and potentially argue the case before a district court. Good Luck.
