how do I get my criminal record expunged? Cant get a job to pay for a lawyer

You can only expunge charges on which you were found not guilty or the charges were dismissed. You have to file a lawsuit in civil district court to achieve the goal. (If you got probation or time or deferred, you cannot expunge the record. If you got deferred and successfully completed it, you might be able to seal your record.)
