Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
criminal trespas
i have been awarded the family home in divorce how do i enforce a criminal trespas since my ex is still in the house but obviously does not have my permission to do so.

You may not be able to convince a police officer to file a criminal charge of trespass. Instead, you can file an eviction suit, or a petition to enforce your decree.
