Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

criminal tresspassing

A charge of Criminal Tresspassing in an establishment located in Amarillo Tx. (gentelmans club) Wise Guy's. In the process of complying with the request the individual was asked to wait in the general mangers office to discuss the issue at hand. With in the club the individual was arrested by the Amarillo Police Officers on the premises and was transported to Potter County Detention Center. Where excessive force was used the FBI is currently investagating the issue but no charges have been filed for criminal tresspassing although the individual was charges with 2 counts of assault. The individual was battered and told not to seek medical attention at the Corrections Center. Was this a legal arrest? The individual should have been taken into Amarillo Police Department not the Corrections Center. This was not right, and we need to seek reprensation and was told when bail was posted for assault charges this made the individual not eligable for legal reprensation through the North Texas Legal Aid Services. We need to stop the Good ol' Boy tactics ASAP. Thank you for you time and any advise you may be able to provide. A referal would be appreicated.
