Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
criminal trial
can a wife at the time of the adultry offense testify against her husband in a sexual assualt case against a minor (so the charge states eventhough the so called child was 17 at the time), or is it considered private like between a lawyer or priest? The 2 parties just recently got divorced.

Re: criminal trial
There can be situations when the spouse cannot be forced to testify, but this is unlike attorney/client privilege. You should ask your lawyer for the applicability in your case.
