criminal vandalism
A police officer at hte Texas border vandalized my car and it is no longer working. The car was worth $30,000. What can I do?

That would depend upon what he did; and if he had probable cause to do what he did. It matters if he is immune from prosecution. Get a copy of all relevant documents, and hire a criminal defense lawyer to review your file.
