If on public property, such as a school or park, can one be arrested for criminal trespass w/o warning and when they have scheduled business on the premises?

no, you need to have notice that you are not allowed on the property. In public property such as a school or park, this is usually done by a posted sign. Even if you have scheduled business, you can't be on property if you have notice that you are not allowed on the property.

On can be arrested but, you should have been given notice that, if you stayed at the property, you were trespassing.
