Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
criminial tresspass against person who resides in home
I caught my father sexually abusing a family pet. He called police to have me removed from our home. The police charged me with criminal tresspass even though I informed them of why he wanted me out,( sexual abuse of pet) and knowing I had lived in that home in access of 6 years. I am currently out on bond for criminal tresspass for my own home.

There are NUMEROUS ways to address this and to solidify your case, including having someone you trust get this pet to a vet to be examined.
