Crossing state lines
My husband was on probation in texas and ran to new mexico. He was picked up in new mexico for violation of probation,...does this carry a seperate sentance to add on his time?

The short answer is no. He will be punished within the guidelines of the sentence he received. He needs an attorney to help him minimize the amount of punishment he will receive.
