Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I had a customer of mine over pay me with two different checks totaling $3,000.00. now he wants his money back. What should I do? I ask for a couple weeks and he said NO! In a couple days. Now he is going to call my full time job and tell them and said he would take $3,000.00 out of what he owes them. HELP!!!

What? If you performed work for the money, then you do not have to refund it. If you have a contract, follow the terms of the contract. If you do not have a contract, it is more difficult.
He cannot take money out of what he owes a third party or they will have a cause of action against him.
This is not a criminal question but a civil law question.
