help me please
If I had d erfered ajudication after probation shouldnt, no matter what the offence, come off my record. including regestered sex offender

No. Deferred adjudication does not mean an offense is not on your record. Deferred simply means you have not been convicted of an offense. It's important to remember that nothing ever "comes off" a criminal record. Once in the system, always in the system except for matters that have been expunged.
Whether convicted of a registrable offense, or whether placed on deferred adjudication, you are still required to register as a sex offender under the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. Please contact a qualified criminal defense lawyer to discuss registration requirements.
