Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can I get the D A's office in Texas try to reindict a case after it was no billed. I have reason to believe evidence was left out of the file. Also can I see the file to make sure it is complete. We are the victims not the defendents.

A case that has been no billed can be represented to another grand jury. Some DA's Offices have a policy against doing that unless there was evidence that was unavailable to the first grand jury. I'd advise trying to make an appointment with the DA that handled the case to discuss these issues. I doubt that he/she will allow to to go through the file, but I'd think he/she would be willing to discuss the matter with you.
