Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Does the DA have to provide all the evidence it has against you in your case if you request it? If so what is the request form called?

If your lawyer makes a request for discovery, the majority of evidence will be provided if it has not been through open file policy. They do not have to provide their thought processes / work product.
