my dad was sentenced to life in prison for sexuall assault ,,his attorney never called my sister or i up on the stand as his wish..how can i get this appealed

If he has already had an appeal, you can hire a lawyer to conduct post conviction habeas corpus investigation to determine if there are any constitutional violations which could be asserted to get your father a new trial. This is very limited, as are the chances of winning.
