im a 19yr old male dating a 15yr old female...we have both agreed not to be sexually active...is it illegal? an could she get married at 17 w/o parental consent?

Do you just like playing with fire? If so, you are in the right place. When her parents get mad; or better still, when she gets mad and decides to LIE, good luck. If she is emancipated at 17, or has her parents' permission at 17, she can marry you.
