Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my dau ghter
my daughter was convicted of assualt. the d.a. and her attorney plead the case and she got 4 years probation. how do we reopen the case?we the the 4 years is to harsh. and she will have a felony on her record.

If the order was signed within the past 30 days, you can still appeal. However, know that in an appeal, most rights, including appeal, are waived.
If it has been more than 30 days, you will have to prove some kind of fraud or deceit in the proceedings.
