My daughter is 14 and has a male on her 'doorstep' that is 25. Very explicit text messages. What are my rights as a parent concerning the law?

If you know who this guy is, you have a duty to report him to the police; what he's doing is probably a felony.
Next, find out how to block this guy from sending text messages to your daughter. If necessary, take away the cel phone. Remember that teenagers for the last 10,000 years lived without cel phones, and did just fine.
