daughter probation violation pending
Would like to know options on motioning the court to continue on probation and motion to transfer probation to nearby county where she has a support system to ensure a successful completion of probation

She needs a lawyer. What you are seeking might be possible, but without the facts of the case, any guess would just be a guess. Generally transferring probation depends on the willingness of the APO and the availability of the receiving county. Her pending violation, obviously will affect the outcome. Get her a lawyer, and good luck.
