Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

My daughter is a student going to school to be a Medical Assistant has thought about her past background record and realized that she has a 1 time drug conviction where she did 45 days in jail the charge was misdemeanor but they put on her record a felony what can she do to get corrected

she has never been in trouble before and was hanging with the wrong crowd she can't even much get foodstamps because of this want I do to help her

If she plead guilty or was found guilty and she was not on a deferred adjudication probation, she will not be eligible to seal that from the public. However, if she did successfully complete a deferred adjudication probabtion, she can apply for a non-disclosure order which seals it from public view.
