My daughter has a Texas Class C misdemeanor that she pled no contest to in 2005 for a bad check. Is this elegible to request non-disclosure?

not enough information. there are several factors involved. it may also be sealed if she was convicted as a minor. her best bet is to consult an attorney. good luck
