Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My daughter is 13 years old and received a "failure to attend school" ticket. Can I defend these charges in court if I am her mother. If so what law allows me to do this. If not, what law keeps me from being able to do this?

Yes, you should go to court with her. Demand a jury trial. Don't let them talk you out of it.
