Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My daughters ex boyfriend is in prison for having sex with a minor.He pleaded out for five years. He will be up for parol in 2013. My daughter sent a letter to the warden and ask for mail from him not to be delivered to her home. The mail stopped but now he is having his mother post letters on facebook. She has him a facebook page now. Is it legal for him to write letters to my daughter and have them posted on his facebook page? She wants no letters from him.

Why is your daughter looking at his FB page? Block his FB page and then there is no issue. She does not have to go to the FB page if she chooses not to do so.
