Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I had my daughter's Christmas presents mailed to my sister's house so that my daughter won't see them now my sister is telling me I have to give her $100 dollars then she will give me my packages. Can she do that? and what can I do, because if I go over there angry she will only call the police on me.

They aren't hers so she is, essentially, stealing them. However, you had no right to do that since you did not consult her / get her permission.
Try again to get her to cooperate and you can tell her that you will report her for theft.
Sounds like it is a good idea that you do not go over there.
