Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My daughters mother used my medical insurance for my daughter and put her address on all the bills without my knowledge. She has been recieving medical bills in my name to her address, opening the mail and not telling me. She has caused the billing department to send my name to the Credit Bureau due to non payment and I had no Idea until I recieved the notice's. Can I press criminal charges and is this a serious offense or a minor one?
