my daughter's probation/off her record
My daughter got into legal trouble and is on probation for 3yrs and every where she goes to look for a job they tell her about her felony & cannot hire her. she did not serve time. will this felony ever be of her record?Can she get of of probation early?

In the age of the internet, that is the reality of a felony conviction.
After she successfully completes probation, she may be eligible to get her records sealed. She will need to consult an attorney to determine if she qualifies.
