deadly weapon charge
My husband was first charged with poss. with int. an a pistol charged.The weapon was dropped and the charge was dropped to a poss.he got 4 years state jail. But on his paper work they show that there was a deadly weapon found.How can we have this removed?

The finding by the court of a deadly weapon occurred at the time of the conviction and sentence. You can't get it removed. If it is just a mistake in the file, get a lawyer to file for a corrected judgment.
