Death Cirtificate change

Please help me with this very inportant issue,concerning a death cirtificate.

I have read the reports of the detectives and texas rangers These specific peple state that the death of my friend was an accident,On the other hand the medical examiner ruled this death a suicide.

My question is,Is there a way for me to appeal the medical exam. ruling and have this death cirtificate changed.Or mayby have the case open back up and investagated throughly.this is very inportant to me,because it concerns my daughter. thanks please send me some advice.

It is very difficult, but not impossible, to change the ME's mind once s/he has decided upon a cause of death.

It is not usual for the ME to arrive at a conclusion different from that of law enforcement.

If you cannot persuade the ME to change, with the help of the reports, then you will have to file suit in the District Court to contest the ME's findings and establish whatever other relief you seek.
