Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Last December i got convicted for class c demeanor by walmart. I paid $200 for walmart and paid ticket of $375 at court.I want to know will this remain on my crminal background in future?? how can i expunge it forever. I am from Nepal and want to go Nepal for one month vacation, will this effect me in anyone for traveling??

By paying the fine, you have been convicted of a Class C Theft in Texas. Unless you are pardoned for this offense, it is on your criminal history for the rest of your life and you cannot expunge it. I would recommend speaking with a local immigration attorney to discuss how this will affect any future attempts to re-enter the United States and your visa/LPR status.
