I have been requested to appear for a Pre Trial in regards to a complaint filed by an investor in my business that eventually closed and Bankruptcy was filed and discharged in 2003. Investor claims he was deceived. Contract stated risk investment. Do I need to appear or send the court Bankruptcy info to resolve?

Re: Deceptive Trade Practice
You need to appear, with your bankruptcy paperwork. Fraud is NOT discharged by bankruptcy. You should have an attorney representing you, as it appears this will go to trial.
