Defered judifcation
I have a 10 year defered judifcation term for a felony drug charge. My term ends in 2009. What would it take to have this completly removed from my record.

Re: Defered judifcation
You will not get it completely removed from your record. After you successfully complete the deferred adjudication, contact a lawyer in the county to file a Petition for Non-disclosure. There will be a waiting period. This will block your record from everyone but 23 govt agencies.
