Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i was on defered judification as of 1998 and finished 2003 am I able to get my file expunged(felony case). I'm also a hunter and inquiring if I am able to purchase a rifle or hand gun. When I was filling out the application for a fire arm it asked if I have been encarcerated or prosecuted so I was not sure what to place on it so I
wont be commiting pergurry.

You can purchase a gun sicne you are not a convicted felon. However, you can't expunges the case since not dismissed, no bill or not guilty. You may be eligible for a nondisclosure.
