Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i am on deferred adj in harris county, just found out a case has come out in galveston cty which means they issued a warrant in harris cty. I called and they said to turn myself in, also i am being treated for depression and klepomania. I have a letter from my dr nad therapist they i have this issue i put myself in the hospital and they srill said to come in, now what

Hire a lawyer immediately.
If the Galveston case predated your probation, then it is not a violation of probation (although you will have to make a bond on that case.)
You need a lawyer working with your psychiatric specialist to see this through.
