Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
deferred adj
I paid my fines, finished my classes, but have not finished my community service. They are bringing me back to court not to see a judge but im guessing a prosecuter. I want to know if they will most likely arrest me or give me another month of probation. My probation period is ending on May 18th 2009. I have a job and so many bills i have to work for. I pull rides whenever i can so ive only had little time to do my community service.

Re: deferred adj
You don't say what charge prompted the deferred. Do as much community service as possible between now and the court date. Without more information, it is impossible to know if they intend to revoke you or extend you.
