Deferred Adjudicated Probation
What is the required time of adjudicated probation to be served for a sex offense.

Re: Deferred Adjudicated Probation
In general, a judge has the discretion to order no more than 10 years for a felony case and no more than 2 years for a misdemeanor. There is a way to increase the maximum period in certain circumstances. However, there are some cases in which a judge can not give deferred adjudication e.g., indecency with a child or sexual assault.
