Re: deferred adjudication

It is certainly possible. This can be done in a plea bargain. Also your jurisdicton may have a drug court. You need to speak with a lawyer. This is a serioius charge.

Re: deferred adjudication

yes, you can, but it will only be available if you enter into some type of plea bargain and get from the judge. Most of the time it will not be offerred unless you hava an attorney to represent you. Additionally, a lot of counties now have a drug court which deals with individuals who are charged with drug offenses. Moreover, you need to be careful, because your driving priveleges are attached to these type offenses. So, I would advise you to go see a criminal trial lawyer. Good Luck.

Re: deferred adjudication

You can get deferred adjudication for this type of offense. A lot of factors will determine whether the State will offer this type of outcome. You should contact a competent Board Certified lawyer to discuss further. Also, there can be a driver's license suspension with some outcomes. Give me a call to discuss.
