deferred adjudication
does a deferred adjudication for a class a misdemeanor/posession show up on your criminal record before your probation period is up, when checked through human rescources,and if so,how will it be listed ?

Yes, it will show up as you being arrested and getting deferred. It will continue to show up in the county and Department of Public Safety records until you get a non-disclosure. Once you get a non-disclosure, then only certain organizations will be able to get that information.
