Can I have my record expunged after completing deferred adjudication probation and can I have my file sealed before my probation term is completed? The charge was felony theft from a person.

You cannot have your record expunge. However, you can have your records sealed under the new Petition for Nondisclosure law. For details on eligibility please go to an article written at www.dallaslawyer.blogspot.com or http://www.dallasjustice.com/resources_articles_expunge.htm.
Thanks
