How can i get a non disclosure on my record for a felony deferred adjudication?

You will need to do the research, or hire a lawyer to prepare this on your behalf. An attorney will know how to calculate the time period required, as well as the charges which do and do not qualify. The cost of legal representation is far outweighed by the advantage of having it done right.
